(1) Revision 8 to the Responses to NRC Requests Regarding Plant Fill originally referenced by Amendment 72 to the Company's Application for Reactor Construction and Operating Licenses which includes a revised response to Question 23 (updates the status of certain quality assurance related actions),
a revised Table 30-2 (corrects an editorial error and updates numerical data) and changes relating to the above (Table of Contents, etc) and (2) A report on the Test Fill Program (tab 150). Please note that further testing is being conducted in order to substantiate qualification of certain equipment.
Proof of service upon the parties listed in the revised Service List attached to Mr S A Varga's November 30, 1977 letter as modified by Mr S A Varga's letter of April 2h,1978 is being provided under separate cover.
