6.9.1.9.b, attached are the subject reports concerning the failure of a Control Element Assembly Calculator (80-053/03L-0), an inoperable Control Room Emergency Chiller (80-054/03L-0), a "D" Plant Protective System trip (80-055/03L-0), and the inoperability of an "A" Core Protection Calculator Channel (80-056/03L-0).
