APPLICATION AMENDMENT T-14 NRC CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE USA /4986/B()F The expiration date on the subject certificate was extended in Revision 6 until October 31, 1980.
However, due to planned over-seas shipments, we now find it necessary to request an additional extension until January 31, 1931.
This request will not affect the planned submittal schedule for the consolidated application for renewal of this subject certificate as given to you previously.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, a General Electric Company check for
$150 is attached for processing this extension request.
