,o MAY 0119s0 MEMORANDUM FOR:

V. Noonan, Chief Engineering Branch, D0R THRU:

A. Schwericer, Chief Operating Reactors Branch #1, D0R FROM:

E. Reeves, Project Manager Operating Reactors Branch #1, 00R

SUBJECT:

CONSOLIDATION OF TACS FOR ZION 1/2 - CONTROL OF HEAVY LOADS NEAR SPENT FUEL AND DROPPED FUEL CASK Our records indicate that a very old issue on Zion 1/2 re[lates to Dropped Fuel Cask (TACs 01852 and 08852).

The newer generic review item, Control of Heavy Loads near Spent Fuel (A-3) (TACs 08092 and 08093), should also include completion of the Dropped ' Fuel Cask Issue.

I have discussed this approach with EB (Strosnider) and PSB (George) who consider this combined review approach acceptable.

On this basis, TACs 10852 and 08852 should be marked " Cancelled" on RAM sheets for assigned reviewers.
