Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71, Certificate of Compliance No. 9044 is amended to pennit the shipment of a maximum of three (3) drums of waste material packaged in accordance with statements and representations made in your letter dated July 29, 1980. This material shall be included as additional contents in the Model No. GE-1600. All other conditions of Certificate of Compliance No. 6400 shall remain the same.
This authorization shall expire on August 31, 1980.
