Dear Mr. Empson:
In accordance with our telephone conversation of August 8, three additional copies of NED0-20776, Revision 4, Spent Fuel Services Operation Qaality Assurance Plan are enclosed for use by the Comission Staff.
NED0-20776, Revision 4 was in-cluded as a part of General Electric's submittal for renewal of SNM-1265, furnished both in microfisch (Appendix B.8, NED0-21326C) and in "hard copy." The ASLB and intervenors have also received this document.
Revision 5 of NEDO-20776 is in preparation. The new revision will I
incorporate changes in organization and position titles that have occurred since Revision 4 was issued.
