Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 Li cense No. NPF-6 Proposed Technical Specifications Change-Limiting Condition for Operation (File: 2-1511.2 Gentlemen:
In reply to your letter of April 10, 1980, attached is a proposed change to the Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 2( AN0-2) Technical Specifications incor-porating your definition of operable.
The change affects section 3.0.3 and adds section 3.0.5.
The revised page of the ANO-2 Technical Specification is included with vertical lines denoting changed items.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.22, we have determined our amendment request to require a Class III fee of $4,000 as it involves a single safety issue. Accordingly, a check in the amount of $4,000 is remi tted.
