Dear Mr. Adler:

In accordance with our conversation this afternoon and pursuant to a subpoena issued to Robert Fennimore, Vice President and General Manager of Station WOR-TV by Ivan W. Smith, Chairman of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, I enclose herewith a transcript and an audio tape recording of a segment of the television program "Wnat's Happening, America?" which was broadcast on WOR-TV on March 24, 1980. The segment contains an interview with Harold W. Hartman.

It is my understanding that compliance with the subpoena will be satisfied by providing the enclosed materials to you.
