Inspection on June 6,1980 (Report No. 11-695/80-07)
Areas Inspected:
Routine, announced inspection of an irradiated fuel shipment at the point of.0-igin in the _ United States.
The inspection included an examination of the general requ'reme7ts for the transportation of irradiated fuel as well as the requirements for siopments of irradiated fuel by road. The inspection was perforned during an off shift period and involved six inspector-hours onsite by one NRC regionally based inspector.
Results:
Of the areas inspected, no apparent items of nonccmpliance were identified.
