In the matter of D. Earrack's Motion to Compel and the
\\g ci, Interrogatories and Production of Documents relating to Centention Rentfro-Parrack. Se original submission and the Motion to Compel in this contention were timely and properly served under the terms of consolidation of Rentfro and Earrack's contentiens in that Marrack's rights of discovery would not be denied cr curtailed. We Applicants failure to object to, or respond to properly and timely to the served InterroEatories and request for Productier of Documents is the cause of delays in discovery.
Paragraph 1 of Eay 8th discovery was timely and properly served and since the attachment was a copy of a page received by another Intervener from the Applicant and thus Applicant surely r:ust MMNI have a copy! Access to the complete document was requested.
It is respectfully requested that the Applicant be ordered to provide a copy of this document or make it available for review.
