This letter. is sub. mitt,ed as, the. report.. required by. item 6. of the bulletin.
Action Item 1 The Cooper Nuclear Station ENS phones are powered by Local Telephone Company and not by On-Site Power as listed in the enclosure to the bulletin.

Action Item 3 A test was conducted on June 27, 1980 to determine that the ENS phones remain operable with a simulated loss of offsite power.
The CNS power to the CNS telephone netsrork was interrupted at approximately 9:50 A.M.
on June 27, 1980.
Calls were then initiated from the site to the NRC Operations Center using the Control Room ENS phone and the Technical Support Center ENS phone.
This test verified that the ENS phones remain fully operable with loss of offsite power to our facility.
