SUMMARY
- The Comission corrects a typographic error in a document (45 FR 49535, July 25,1980) amending 10 CFR Part 2. " Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings," by the addition of a new paragraph (c) in 12.750. The Commission corrects paragraph (.c) by incerting the footnote indicator "1".after the-last word in paragraph (c).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: As part of a pilot pr6 gram to help parties to NRC adjudicatory proceedings assist the Comission in arriving at its decisions, the Comission has approved new 12.750(c) which provides that except in an antitrust proceeding, in any adjudicatory proceeding on an application for a license or an amendment thereto, the presiding officer may arrange for provision of one free transcript to a party, other than the applicant, upon request by th'at party.
The Comission has approved this pilot program for a period of one year beginning July 25,1980. A footnote (footnote "1") containing this infomation was 4008200 034
