Dear Mr. Marshall:
03 Responding to your Mailgram of October 18, 1978, I have determined that your -legal counsel Norman Hatlie, Esq.
was placed on the service list of the Midland Operating License proceeding as of October 13, 1978 and that on that date he was served a copy of the Board's Memorandum and Order dated October 12, 1978 and the Notice of Hearing On Issuance of Facility Operating License dated October 12, 1978.. Also on October 12, copies of the Board 's Memorandum and Order dated August 14, 1978 were placed in the mail addressed to you and Mr. Hatlie.
Apparently this mailing has not been received by you.
Therefore I am herewith enclosing another copy, and mailing copies of that document to Messrs. Hatlie and Gadler.
I will leave it to you ta provide Mr. Gadler copies of any additional information you want him to have.
Until the status of Mapleton Intervenors can be determined in this case, I will place Mr. Gadler temporarily on the Board's service list for future filings.
I do not understand the balance of your communication, so I am requesting counsel for the Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission Staff to contact you in this regard.
