By the authority of the United States Atomic Energy Commission and section 2.720 of its Rules of Practice, you are hereby commanded to appear at 10:00 a.Ui1 on day of, 1971 in Midland, Michigan, before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board hearing matters concerning dockets 50-329 and 330 to give evidence and testify on behalf of the Saginaw Valley, et. al. Intervenors, concerning one or more ACRS Reports made by you or under your supervision regarding' dockets 50-329 and 50-330.

Your failure to appear may. result in an application to a court of competent l

jurisdiction to require your appearance upon pain of contempt. l
