- 1977, At approximately 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, I received a telephone call at our Washington offices from

a gentleman who identified ~himself as Norton M.
Navarre, Minnesota (P. O. Box 103; (612) 471-7585).
Dr. Johnson was present in the office when the call was received; Mr. Farrar was already en route to Chicago.
I that he Mr. Hatlie stated that he was an attorney, l-represented the Mapleton Intervenors in this case, and I

Mr. Hatlie expressing their views on the suspension issue.
