On April 1, 1977, the Ea'st Central Area Reliability l
Council submitted a Report by ECAR Bulk Power Members to the Federal Power Commission pursuant to Docket R-362, Order 383-4.
Volume I of this Report contains ECAR's current projection of load. forecasts and reserve margins for its bulk power menbers.
This revision may affect the testimony of Gordon L. Heins at Transcript 1648 and Dr. Robert J.
Ringlee - at Transcript 4801.
As a result, Consumers Power
. Company and Dr. Ringlee are reviewing the data presented in this report to determine if their testimony must be supple-mented.
We expect this review to be completed within the next l
ten days, and will report to the Board and the parties at l
that time.
