Ib This letter will confirm phone conversations between your Mr.  !

Hinson and Messers, Brinkmann and Erickson of CG&E. CG&E will be  !

supplementing the Zimmer NUREG-0737 submittal as follows:

1. Reference Item II.B.2 - A chart will be provided showing post accident dose rates in key locations. Drawings will'also be provided to show the pathways to be followed by persons moving to and from vital areas. These items are intended to assist NRC reviewer in confirming expected dose rates.

2. Reference Item IID.3.3 - Silver Zeolite sample cartridges will be used in post accident situations involving moble gases.

3. II.F.1 Containment Monitors - The following additional information will be provided:

1. Drawings showing penetration location ,

2. An expla~ nation of why these locations were selected l l

! 3. A drawing of an actual penetration.

CG&E will also pre;mre a pre-established radiation level chart to enable easy conversion of monitor readings to actual doses.
