I probably did make little notes on pieces of 6 paper, but I don't have those any more.

1 MR. EDGAR:
Is this the same list that Don Roy had?
2 M3. HARPSTER:
Yes, this is the list that has been 3 also shown to Don Roy and Dick Kosiba.
4 MR. CRAIGs Can va go off the record just a second.
5 (Discussion off the record.)
6 MR. HARPSTER:
Back on the record.
7 THE WITNESS:
Would you ask the question again, 8 the context in which you want me to review this list?
9 MR. HARPSTER:
We are trying to establish if that 10 list is a complete listing of those persons who were present 11 in the var room or involved in any way on March 28th, 1979, 12 with conversations related to the accident either with BEW 13 here in Lynchburg or in the vicinity of the site or GPU, v
l'4 Met. Ed. or Three Mile Island personnel.
15 (The list was handed by Mr. Harpste'r to the 16 witn ess. )
17 (The list contained the following namess
- Bogers, 18 Flint, Schaedel, Winks, Twilley, Kelly, Deddens, Roy, 19 Womack, Taylor, Kociba, Karrasch, Spangler, Dempsay, 20 Kenn edy, Dunn, Hallman, Olds, Ward, Pletke, Culverson and 21 Wa ndling. )
22 THE WITNESS:
I think this is a reasonably 23 complete list except that I do not see anyone on here who
()
24 represented fuel engineering.
My recollection is that there 25 were at some point on March 29th present in the war room one ALDERSON REPOR'.1NG COMPANY, INC.

1 or two people from fuel engineering.
Again, this is just a 2 recollection and I can't say for sure if they were present 3 on the 29th or if it was later, perhaps on the 29th.
Those 4 names would be Jim Tulenko, Dick Defars and Barkley 5 Andrews.
Otherwise, I think the list, to the best of my 6 recollection, is complete.
7 BY MR. HARPSTER:
8 Q
We have explained the purpose of the interview 9 here today and you have indicated your understanding of it.
10 Based on this understanding do you have any addi;ional 11 information that migh t be usef ul or pertinen t to our 12 investigation?
13 A
No, I don't think so.

I want to follow up just a little bit.
You say 18 you may have scribbled down some brief thoughts on a piece 19 of paper on the 28th and that you don't have those now.
Do 20 you know where they are?
4 21 A
What I meant was in a telephone conversation where
~
22 there is a lot of inf ormation going back and forth verbally 23 sometimes it is convenient to just make a note on a piece of
()
24 paper f or a follow-up later on.
I probably did that during 25 various conversations, and then by following up later or l

9 1 either asking a clarifying question or asking someone to-2 take sore action I just threw the paper away.
I did not 3 keep any running formal notes of my own in a person notebook 4 or anything of that nature.
i 5
0 What about informal notes, would you have now any 6 pieces of paper on which you would have scribbled down i
7 anything?
8 A
No.
