Two copies of a response to NRC Q 251.4 and information in response to NRC thoughts on 10 CFR 50 Appendices G & H are Attached.

This information was discussed at a meeting between the NT0L Licensing Renew Group (LRG) and the NRC on April 1,1981. A con-census was reached that this information would be satisfactory to respond to the NRC concerns on Appendices G & H. also addresses the information requested in NRC questions 251.1, 251.2 and 251.3.
