Attached are two copies each of the following:
Attachment No.1 - Revised Task Action Plan Item I.A.1.3; change out sheets reflecting periodic relief of RO's who are required to work more than 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br />; and, overtime authorization for operators and other personnel when the overtime guidlines are exceeded.
Attachment No. 2 - Revised section 4.7, item F; and revised footnote in section 5.2 in OS. SAD.01.
Attachment No. 3 - Revisions to Task Action Plan I.C.2 Position 1.
Attachment No. 4 - Addition to section 5.6 of OS. SAD.01 and to SA. SAD.08, Station Access Control.
Attachment No. I will be incorporated into the May FSAR revision. The remaining attachments will be incorporated into the Station Administrative Directives.
