Letter Dated January 8,1981 from D. E. Gilberts to James G. Keppler, IE Bulletin No. 80-11 Response In our above referenced letter, we committed to a schedule for full imple-mentation of the IE Bulletin No. 80-11 modifications by March 31, 1981.
We find that as of March 31, 1981, full implementation will not be achieved.
As of March 31, 1981, all of the block wall clip angles (151) have been in-stalled in both units. Eight of the twelve standing beams have been in-stalled. Because the Unit 2 refueling outage required qualified manpower to complete TMI and fire protection related work, the last four beams were not installed by March 31, 1981. The beams have been field fabricated and moved into position. Final installation of the four beams will be completed by April 10, 1981.
