Dear Mr. Partlow:

The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the amount of uranium element involved in the test program for the contaminated laundry facility has reached the 10 kilograms notification level described in Reference 2 above.

Concurrent with that notification, we are submitting the enclosed revised pages to our FMC which describe the measurcments and material balance location of the contaminated clothing laundry.

The incorporation of the contaminated clothing laundry into our FMC has been deemed by your staff as a non-70.32 (c) change. To meet our previous commitment in a timely manner (Reference 1) regarding a description of the measurements associated with the contaminated clothing laundry, we are submitting the laundry related pages of Revision 11 of our FMC in advance of the main part of Revision 11.

When the main part of Revision 11 is submitted (in the near future) we will submit a check for S3,500 to cover all non-70.32 (c) changes included in Revision 11.
