Dear Mr. Grier:

This completes our response to IE Bulletin 80-21 forwarded to us on November 6,1980, concerning valve yokes supplied by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc.

W have asked suppliers of active valves in safety related systems at Limerick Generating Station to investigate their use of castings furnished by Malcolm Foundry Company. All suppliers have responded and have indicated that they have never used Malcolm Foundry Company as a supplier of castings.

Sincerely, Y&f Copy to: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office of Inspection and Enforcement Division of Reactor Construction Inspection Washington, DC 20555 J. P. Durr, U.S. NRC Site Resident Inspector, LGS 610409004G t S
