. This draft report shall summarize all of the work performed on Tasks 1, 2, 3, and.4 including technical insights, conclusions and recommendations. The Project Officer will furnish comments on the-draft report within one week.
Based upon those comments, the contractor shall revise the draft report and submit seven copies of the final report by March-2,-1981. The Contractor'shall meet with the Project Officer.to discuss the final report within two weeks after the due date. The Contractor shall make any necessary revisions to the final report that are agreed upon at the meeting and shall submit seven copies of the revised final report (including one camera-ready copy) by March 30, 1981, with. distribution as specified above."
Paragrapii D.
Meetings and Travel: delete in entirety and' substitute the following:
"D.
Meetings and Travel Within two weeks after the Project Officer receives the draft report from the contractor, the contractor shall verbally present the conclusions in a presentation to NRC technical staff in Silver Spring, Maryland..
The Contractor shall also meet with 'the NRC Project Officer in Silver Spring, Maryland within two weeks after submittal of the final report to discuss the report. The visits to Silver Spring, Maryland shall not exceed one day in duration. The contractor shall make approximately 4 trips to the Sheffield site,1 trip to Louisville, Kentucky, and one trip to Champaign, Illinois, as necessary.
The NRC Project Officer shall aid the contractor in the coordination of each trip as necessary."
Under Article III - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, the folicwing change is made:
Delete Paragraph A. in entirety and substitute the following:
"A.
Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $38,865.00, of which the sum of $36,206.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $2,659.00 represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the emount of the contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost of performance of that work.
3.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $38,865.00."
