REVISED ORGANIZATION In your letter dated February 24,198I, you submitted revised Figures I, II, and III of Appendix I of the United Engineers & Constructors, Inc. Topical Report Number UEC-TR-001, " Quality Assurance Program." You state that these figures reflect the current UE&C Corporate and Quality Assurance organizations.

We note that the revised figures have some new position titles which do not agree exactly witn the discussion of the organization in 17.1.1.1, " Authority, Respon-sibility, and Duties," in UEC-TR-001. However, the differences are readily recon-cilled, and we do not believe that UEC-TR-001 needs a corresponding revision at this time. Ho:ever, these figures should be reflected in 17.1.1.1 when UEC-TR-001 is next revised.
