Dear Mr. Miller:
Per the tele' con between Messrs. J. W. Gahm and George Kuzsycz, i am for-warding to you proposed revisions to Technical Specification SL 3.1, para-graphs 3.1.3.1, 3.1.3.4, and the last paragraph on Page 3.1-7.
These changes have been reviewed by the Plant Operations Review Committee, but have not been reviewed by the Nuclear Facility Safety Committee (NFSC).
Since NFSC has previously reviewed SL 3.1 submitted by P-79164 and P-81032, and more conservative revisions have been made, we do not anticipate any approval problems.
As soon as NFSC approval has been received, we will forward the formal notorized request for amendment.
In the interim, the attachment should i
serve to expedite your review.
r The fee for this change under the provisions of 10CFR170 has already been for-l warded in previous submittals.
