Reactor Vessel Surveillance Capsule Analysis Report - Errata
Dear Sir:
Reference (b) transmitted Reference (c) in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix H.
Following the sulxnittal of Reference (b), Reference (d) was received which described a minor error in the fluence calculations associated with Reference (c). The information and associated figures of Reference (d) are enclosed and should be attached to your copies of the Battelle surveillance capsule report, Reference (c).
Table 1 and Figure 1 of Reference (b) have been revised to reflect the corrected data in Reference (d) and are also enclosed.
