supports a view I believe correct about the value of strong and permanent operations corps.

Sorry I could not meet you for dinner the other evening--the pace of events picks up considerably with the Chairman's job.

I am going to have to withdraw from that Aachen meeting and am writing Bonneni) erg now.

A pity, because it would have been an interesting trip and I had planned to stop off and see the French breeder people.

But it would simply be impossible for me, as Chairman, to go off et a time when we are trying to find ways to deal with our licensing crisis.
