A thorough review of Big Rock Point Plant drawings and documentation indicated that none of the cited relays are in use. This initial conclusion was confirmed by a physical check of various control panels throughout the plant. Further, a search of the stockroom and a review of outstanding General Electric purchase requisitions revealed no suspect relays on order or in stock. Thus, it is con-claded that IE Bulletin 78-01 is not applicable to Big Rock Point.
