Dear Mrs. Ellis:
In response to your letter to me dated February 9, 1991, recuesting copies of certain of the Appendices to the Comanche Peak Emergency Plan, the status and availa-bility of the requested Appendices are, as folleys:
Appendix K,
" Emergency Plan Procedures":
This information is not required to be submitted to the NRC until 180 days prior to fuel load (10 C.F.R. Part 50, Appendix E, Section V).
Accordingly, Appendix K is not available at this time.
Appendix M,
" Appendix 3 to Annex L--Texas Radiological Emergency Response Plan for Fixed Nuclear Facilities":
The Texas Plan has not yet been finalized, and therefore is not available at this time.
