On November 26, 1980, Mr. Bob McFarland of NRC Region II was notified of a potential significant deficiency on the subject: Seismic Installation Not In-spected. The report was made by Mr. J. A. Wactor.
Interim reports were made to 4
you by letters dated 12/23/80 and 1/30/81.
The evaluation of discrepancies has been completed by structural engineering and the ites has been determined to be not reportable. This is considered t<
be the fihal report on this subject.
