The information requested in your letter of November 25, 1980, " Inservice Inspection Programs for Prestressed Concrete Containment Structure", has been furnished in the 17 copies of " Containment Structure Post-Tensioning System Surveillance Test" Reports of August 1975, February 1976, and June 1978 sent to you and Region V.
No tests are planned between now and June 1981.
