2. a. We do not agree with the Staff' conclusion. We do not know what a safe level of radiation is. Our information is that experts have disagreed as to what a safe level of radiation is. _

3. a. We do not agree with the Staff's conclusion for the same reasons set out in answer 2. a.

4. a. We are unable to identify any witnesses who we may call on this proceeding at this time. If any such witnesses become available, we will let you know at the earliest possible time.
