Reference (2) transmitted a request to perform the initial diesel generator 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> load test which would be immediately followed by a loss of offsite power test in Mode 3 rather than Modes 4, 5, or 6.
These items are designated as Class III according to 10CFR170 requirements. A check for $4,000 is enclosed to cover the fees required for a technical specification change and a license amendment.
In accordance with 10CFR50.30(c)(1)(i), three (3) signed originals and thirty-seven (37) additional copies of this proposed amendment were submitted in our Reference (2) letter.
