The applicant, Reuter-Stokes, Incorporated, has requested expeditious processing of this license request as the equipment is scheduled for shipment this month.
The staff has concluded that this export meets the requirements of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended, and would not be inimical to the common defense and security of the United States.
To comply with Reuter-Stokes' request, this license was issued without the normal 15-day waiting period before a license is issued.
