Primary Coolant Auxiliary System Loop Split Modification Gentlemen:
This letter forwards Public Service Company of Colorado's (PSC) revised installation schedule for our Primary Coolant Auxiliary System Loop Split Modification which we presented conceptually to the NRC at a meeting on November 1, 1979 at the Fort St. Vrain site.
At the November 1,1979 meeting, PSC informed the NRC that our installation schedule for this modification included completion during the next scheduled refueling outage, which was tenatively planned for December 1980 through January 1981.
Since that time, the refueling shutdown has been delayed to approximately September through October 1981.
Due to the fact that a plant shutdown is required for installation of the majority of the Loop Split Modification, PSC is currently planning a delay in completion of that installation to coincide with the refueling shutdown.
