Activities conductec uncer applicable criteria of Appendix E of 10 CFR Part 71 to :e executec with regard to transportation packages by December 10, 1980.

The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurement, mcintenance, I
repair, and use. All other shipping activities (i.., design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifica-tions from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an I;RC-approved QA program.
It shall remain the responsibility of the licensee-user that all transportation activities meet the requirements of 10 CFR 5 71.51.
