SECY-80-489 - Reappointment of ACRS Member (Consent Calendar Item)
The Commission by a vote of 4-0* approved the reapointment of Dr. Dade W.
Moeller to the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards for a four-year term beginning January 1, 1981.

of the reappointment was signed by the Chairman).

SECY-80-500 - Change in Titles for Licensing and Appeal Board Members (Consent Calendar Item)
The Commission by a vote of 4-0* approved for publication in the Federal Register a final rule which amends 10 CFR Sections 1.11 and 1.12 to give members of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Panel the title " Administrative Judge".
(Subsequently, the FR Notice was signed by the Secretary).

Commissioner Bradford was not present when this item was affirmed, but had previously indicated his approval of the Order.
Had Commissioner Bradford been present, he would have affirmed his prior vote.
Accordingly, the formal vote of the Commission was 3-0 in favor of the decision.
