R 04 In it s Memorandum and Order of November 25, 1980 on emergency planning, the board did not specify a time for parties to file interrogatories subsequent to the issuance of the NRC Staff SER.
The SER was issued on December 10, 1980 and was served on all the parties either by Express Mail or courier service.
Any party seeking discovery by reason of new informa-tion appearing in the SER may do so by serving interrogatories upon the parties from whom discovery is sought at the meeting to be held on December 19, 1980.
The board's November 25, 1980 Memorandum and Order is also revised to require the meeting for further emergency planning discussions to be held at 10:00 a.m. on December 19, 1980 at the NRC hearing room in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania rather than at 1:00 p.m. as previously specified.
