=entatien. This was reported by telephone call to Ray Sutphin, USNRC Region III, Glen Ellyn, IL, on November 17, 1980.

The attached ncnconformance report describes the noncenfo=ing conditien and the planned corrective acticn. We have been advised by S&W that they expect to issue corrected drawings and instruction manual update pages t during the conth of January.

Another report, either interim er final, vill be sent on or before i February 27, 1981.

During)a of B&W and wiring a CPCo check by a Testing Project 3ailey-MeterEngineer, Co representative it was noted that the vendor virinc in the Emergency Core Cooling Actuation System (ECCAS) DFJudd Cabinets IC45 and 2C45 was inconsistent with redundant subsystem codule: E&W - Lynchburg, VA in the cabinets. In addition, a closer examination revealed that tne wiring inconsistencies occurred in all four (4) Decay Heat Valve Auto-

2. Perform a wiring verification to assure conformance with drawings and define what is required for wiring termination corrective action.
3. . Evaluate .whether Bailey-Meter Co should consider this reportable under 10CFR21.
4. Coordinate a repair / rework plan with Consumers Power Co to receive both Project Management and Quality Assurance approvals prior to any rework or repair.
5. Provide the necessary B&W Quality Requirements Ma*.rix with the associated fur.ctional check-out of the modules as delineated by the B&W Specification M-1.32.
