ORDER GRANTING TEXAS BORDER COOPERATIVES LEAVE TO WITHDRAW INTERVENTION PETITION (December 4, 1980) o On July 31, 1980, the Texas Border Cooperatives filed a" petition for leave to intervene in these consolidated proceedings.
On October 1, 1980, they reported to the Board that pending negotia-tions with Central and Southwest Corporation (CS&W) indicated the possibility of developing enhanced opportunities as power suppliers which would result in the withdrawal of obj ections to the construc-l tion of direct current intercies between the Southwest Power Pool l
and the Energy Reliability Council of Texas.
By motion filed November 24, 1980, the Texas Border Cooperatives requested leave to withdraw their petition for leave to intervene, as agreement had been reached on the matters in controversy.
