If answer is no, has the reload fuel design and core configuration been reviewed by your Plant Safety Review Committee to determine whether any unreviewed safety' questions are associated with the core reload (Ref. '10 CFR Section 50.59)?

Yes. Reload report and associated proposed Technical Specification chanaes. Also, the safety analysis of four demonstration high

__ burn-up assemblies will be provided.

SUMMARY

- NOVEMBER 1980 UNIT I The Unit began the month with 98% full power. During the month, power was gradually decreased to about 93% full power due to high level in the "A" OTSG. Operation during the month was continuous.
