"LIOUEFACTION POTENTIAL UUDFF GENCA-3 STACK ADJACENT TO LA CROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR (LACBWR) NEAR GENOA, VERNON COUNTY, WISCONSIN" -

which was prepared by Dames and Moore in October, 1980.

The report concludes "that an adequate margin of safety exists for both free-field condition and under the stack against lique-faction potential due to an SSE producing 0.12g acceleratien at the ground surface or at the foundation level."
