Mr. Al Stern Al Stern Associates P.O. Box 3458 IN RESPONSE REFER Indialantic, FL 32903 TO F01A-80-557

Dear Mr. Stern:

This is in further response to your letter dated November 4,1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a list of firms that respondec to a specified NRC announcement in the Commerce Business Daily.

By letter dated November 26, 1980, we advised you of a delay in responding to your request because we believed at that time the copy of your request which we directed to NRC's Division of Contracts was lost in the NRC mail system.

However, we subsequently learned that the office responsible for the requested record is NRC's Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and that the Commerce Business Daily announcement sought capability statements from small, disadvantaged, women-owned, and labor surplus area businesses.

The enclosed list contains the names and addresses of all businesses that responded to the referenced announcement.

This completes NRC's action on your request.

Sincerely,

}
