Pursuant to the requirecents of the Technical Specifications Section E.2.a.(9), the perfonnance of structures, systems, or codponents i

that requires renedial action or corrective reasures to prevent operation l

in a r.anner less conservative than assurned in the acddent analyses in the final hazard safety report or technical specifications, is reported as Reportable Occurrence _50-29/75-15,.

Hydraulic shock suppressors installed on the cressurizer safety valves and safety valve discharge lines and on the charging line were sent to the vendor for verification of pro:Her stroke, lock-up and bleed.

The snunbers failed to c1eet the acceptance criteria of the vendor's tes t procedure.

A formal 14 day Licensee Event Report will follow.
