Dear Ms. Eidman:
This is in response to your. letter to Mr. Stephen M. Sohinki of October 30, 1980, in which you informed him that you have not received correspondence regarding any hearing schedule in the Allens Creek proceeding. Since Mr. Schinki is no longer the staff attorney in this proceeding I have informed the NRC Docketing and Service Section to place you on the service list to receive all Licensing Board notices' regarding hearing schedules.
Accordingly, you should have been served on Noverber 14, 1980, a Board Order dated October 27, 1980, notifying all parties of a second prehearing conference to be held in Houston on December 2,1980.
If you do not receive other such Board scheduling orders in the future, please let me know.
