a Gentlemen:
On July 2,1980, an approval was issued to General Electric to deliver to a carrier for transport up to 30 hoods and glove boxes containing low level solid radioactive material. The approval was issued in response to your September 27, 1979 application (revised March 31, 1980).
Fees totalling $1,400 were paid for review and approval of the request.
In accordance with Footnote 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application, and the actual review fee is $836. We have, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to refund $564 to your Company.
