Detroit Edison Response to NRC IE Bulletin 80-16 I
Dear Mr. Keppler:
l A final report of our analysis and evaluations of the potential misapplication problem on Rosemount pressure transmitters de-scribed in the subject bulletin cannot be submitted to your office by the August 27, 1980 deadline specified.
The extent and com-plexity of the required analysis necessitates that we request an extension of the reporting date.
The formal results of our review of the transmitter applications, and a complete description of all the required corrective action resulting therefrom, together with the schedule for accomplishing the corrective actions will be submitted by October 1,1980.
Should you require additional information from Detroit Eaison in this matter, please advise us.
