Gentlemen:
In accordance with the Board's order of August 13, 1980, Tex-La Electric Cooperative of Texas, Inc. hereby submits its report on settlement.
As this Board has been aware for some time, Tex-La and Texas Power and Light Company have been working to refine the contracts necessary to accomplish Tex-La's participation in the Comanche Peak Project as set forth in our Letter of Intent of May 6, 1980.
Attached to this Letier of Intent are the license conditions agreed to by TP & L and Tex-La for submission to this Board for approval.
Thus, in so far as Tex-La is concerned, there are no unresolved issues at this time as between TP & L (Texas Utilities Generating Company) and Tex-La.
Respectfully submitted,
" sos V
