Gentlemen:
In our letter to you of August 8,1980, we submitted for your review five copies of proposed amendments to the Arkansas Nuclear One Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan.
In that submittal we neglected to attach all of the appendices to the plan. Therefore, attached for your further review are five copies (copies 1 through 5) of revision 1 to the Arkansas Nuclear One Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan which contains all appendices and incorporates the latest revisions to the plan.
Due to the proprietary nature of the attached information, we request the attached be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(d).
